Service Facility

• Chiller units (6 Units-2,500 TR), 33 KVA substation and 4 dedicated Diesel generator (5,000 KVA) for uninterrupted power supply.
• Dedicated HSD oil tank of 20 KLD capacity for DG units.
• Building Management System unit which monitors environmental conditions in all the buildings round the clock.
• A dedicated centralised RO water plant (25,000 litres/hr).
• Total area of the building is 18,944 sq.ft.

ETP & STP

• The liquid wastage generated in the ICMR-NARFBR campus will be treated at this facility and the recycled water will be used for gardening purposes and in chiller machines.
• The capacity of ETP is 350 KLD and STP is 100 KLD.
