These terms of use are applicable to the Registered Members of NARFBR. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of use of the NARFBR website and any of its contents or services.

Registered members will be responsible for maintaining their account profile including all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. NARFBR may suspend, disable, or delete members account (or any part thereof) if it is determined that Members have violated or that any member's conduct or uploaded content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. NARFBR may block member's access to prevent further activities till such time

NARFBR does not own any data, information or material ("Content") that Members submit on the website in the course of using the Service. Members shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, appropriateness, ownership or right to use of all submitted Content. NARFBR may monitor Content on the website submitted or created using our Services by Members and not responsible for content uploaded by the members on the Website. In no event shall NARFBR be held liable for any loss of any such Content. It is a member's sole responsibility to maintain appropriate backup of their uploaded Content. NARFBR may be able to restore some or all of member's data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when NARFBR may have backed up data for the association purposes. NARFBR reserve the right to modify its policies relating to the website or Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the website

This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how NARFBR (website Operator) collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") of the Members of NARFBR ("User") may provide on the website NARFBR and any of its services. It may be personal information of the members email address, name, phone number, address or other personal information. Members may be required to share their debt card/credit card information, bank information etc., while making the payment to Association, through 3rd party secured payment gateway with whom the NARFBR has entered into an agreement to obtain the payment gateway services. In addition, collection of non-personal information such as their device's IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version including access time, date and other information.

NARFBR maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of personal information in its control and custody. In the event, NARFBR become aware that the security of the NARFBR website has been compromised or users Personal Information has been disclosed to unrelated third-parties as a result of external activity. NARFBR reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

The NARFBR intended to collect member registration, examination and fees/funds as per the institution policy and may implement online payment gateway integrated with the website. Members/payers can request for refund of amount transferred to NARFBR account through online payment gateway in case of excess payment. Any such excess amount paid by the members will be resolved by the association and refund through Bank Transfer (RTGS/other secured mode) to the Bank account, from which the payment has been made.
